We firmly believe that our biggest asset is our staff team.
We encourage all staff to become part of our family and aim to enable them to develop as people
so they will strive to achieve whatever they would like to.
Through training and support we offer our care staff a career path progressing as they wish
up through their NVQ’s all the way to Registered Managers Award.
Indeed, one of our Care Managers has progressed in this way initially
joining us as a care assistant.
All our Teams are treated as equally important, all having input into the running of the homes. All our
Teams will
happily do the little extra things that make life so much better.
All staff are trained in excess of CSCI requirements. We view personal development and training as vital to
quality care provision.
