Crocus Care is a family run concern providing a flexible and personalised residential and day care service for the elderly in South Devon. We operate four homes over a spread of locales, each offering differing environments and care profiles.  Our homes  with around 20-25 residents are large enough to provide a stimulating social mix, but avoid the institutional character of larger homes.

Our Mission is to provide an environment full of warmth, love, and security. Every person we meet is treated as an individual, and encouraged to flourish and grow. The love and respect  we give to each person is just as we would like to receive ourselves. We strive to maintain a welcoming, secure, and supportive atmosphere,  within a comfortable 'home from home' environment. We aim to maintain our resident's interest in living whist providing assistance with the things they can no longer do for  themselves. We believe quality of life means good food, interesting activities, and a feeling of security and belonging. We want everyone who chooses to live with us to know and trust that we will look after them, and not judge them for being frail. We remember that one day we too will grow old.

Our Staff undergo continuous training and assessment to ensure they are properly qualified and experienced. Many of our staff have worked at our homes for several years.
